Certainly it is amongst the top resorts in the South Eastern states, a winner of the 2002 Conde Nast Gold List, the Westin goes the extra mile for attracting Hilton Head meetings and conferences. There are 16 meeting rooms, totaling over 13,000 square feet of space.

There are four restaurants on site, from the fine seafood at the Barony Grill, Hilton Head fine dining that only operates during the season, to the more relaxed and relaxing Turtles Beach Bar.
