Marriott Opens Surfwatch in Hilton Head
The vacation ownership division of Marriott, the Marriott Vacation Club has announced the latest addition to their luxury timeshare portfolia, Marriott’s SurfWatch in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.
The villas will reside on 31 beach side acres, with 195 two- and three-bedroom villas ranging initially from $7,900 to $40,900 per week of deeded ownership, depending on villa type and season purchased.
Stephen P Weisz, President of Vacation Club International, says, “The addition of Marriott’s SurfWatch marks a very important milestone for us, as we welcomed our Marriott Vacation Club owners here 20 years ago. We’re honored to continue to be a part of the Hilton Head Island community and give over 40,000 families, including my own, a vacation home on this great island destination.”
The villas themselves promise to be the height of vacation ownership luxury. With between 1,275 to 1,623 square feet of living space, enough for twelve guests in the three-bedroom floor plan. Some of the features are a fully-equipped kitchen with wood flooring and granite counters, a number of tvs including a Sony Hi-Definition TV, a DVD and balconies with either ocean or garden views, depending on the villa.
