Airports

There are two airports convenient to Hilton Head, the local (small) airport on the island, which is served solely by US Airways, and the Savannah International Airport (recently renamed Savannah - Hilton Head International Airport)

Hilton Head Airport

The only airport actually on Hilton Head Island is serviced by just one airline, US Airways Express, but many airlines use this connection, so that (for example) you could book with United and still fly to HHH. There are 6-12 flights per day depending on the time of year, and around 10,000 people a month use the airport to fly to or from Charlotte.
